Customer Testimonials
“I worked closely with the E3 compliance team to resolve issues with Wicab’s Brainport Vision Pro. I learned a lot in the process and saw a distinct difference between high speed design engineers (including myself) and real experts who’ve worked on a wide range of projects for decades and instinctively know the problem. For EMC and High Speed problems, I’d highly recommend enlisting the subject matter experts at E3 Compliance to reduce risk, time, effort and cost.” - Steve Correll, Sr. Electrical Engineer
“E3 helped diagnose the specific non-compliant portions of our design, proposed counter-measures and validated the results. When we went for FCC Declaration of Conformance testing, the improved design passed without issue. The testing and consulting with E3 saved us time and money spent on testing, they are an invaluable service for small electrical engineering organizations.” – Christopher Plank, Product Engineering Manager, AvaSure.
“E3 provides an extremely valuable service by helping SoundOff Signal to ensure compliance with domestic and international EMC requirements. Their design assistance, troubleshooting, and pre-compliance testing services have helped us to launch numerous lighting and control products. We’ve also been able to benefit from their in-depth experience with OEM automotive requirements. The E3 partnership with GVSU offers a world class facility and capabilities right here in west Michigan.” – Will Buehler, Lead Electrical Engineer, SoundOff Signal.
“We enlisted the help of E3 Compliance after failing to meet European RF Spurious Emissions limits on a new product containing a WiFi transceiver. E3 engineers analyzed our printed circuit board (PCB) stack-up, and provided a software simulation identifying likely sources of emissions: a natural resonant frequency in our PCB structure, and excessive coupling between power planes. They recommended changes to the PCB structure and demonstrated through simulation that the sources of emissions could be substantially reduced. After we fabricated new circuit boards, E3 performed pre-compliance measurements verifying that the spurious emissions had been effectively eliminated. Our only regret is that we did not engage with E3 Compliance earlier in the EMC testing process.” – Dan Morris, Manager of Technology & OEM Engineering, Snap-On Business Solutions.
