Jim is an iNARTE certified EMC engineer and master EMC designer with 30+ years in electronics development, EMC lab development and management, and failure analysis.  He specializes in test, design, and diagnostic support for EMC issues.

Hilbrand has 30+ years as an Electrical Engineer with experience in analog and digital electronics as well as embedded software in the automotive and aero-space industries. His particular skills in problem solving and circuit analysis helps in identifying circuit design and layout issues as well as recommending up-front design recommendations to avoid and prevent risks in customer designs.

Tom Olson

Principal Functional Safety Engineer

Tom has 30+ years working as an electrical engineer in various roles for automotive suppliers. During his most recent 6+ years he has served as the functional safety manager for a tier I supplier. His particular skill is helping companies apply functional safety standards (ISO 26262 and IEC 61508) to their product development processes. Prior to engineering he was a teacher and he brings those teaching skills to his customer support.

Eric is an Electrical Design Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in analog, power, and mixed signal electronics in the aerospace, automotive and consumer electronics industries. His experience in design through production of electronic products has honed creative problem solving and circuit analysis skills now used to analyze circuit design and layout issues as he recommends up-front customer design adjustments to minimize risk and maximize first pass EMC results.

Dan brings 30+ years of experience in the EMC field to E3 Compliance. He has vast experience in automotive EMC at the component and vehicle level. He has accrued extensive EMC expertise in troubleshooting both emissions and immunity issues.

Executive Assistant

Natalia is responsible for HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll, Purchasing and Invoicing at E3. She brings years of administrative experience from prior roles and coordinates the back office to ensure smooth operation of the business.

Jason brings 25+ years of experience in the automotive industry to E3 Compliance. He has vast experience in all phases of product development from innovation and quoting through production, while working with customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally. He also brings 5+ yrs of Program Management experience to E3 with focus on timely execution, issue management, and customer satisfaction.

Nick is an electrical engineer specializing in EMC design and diagnostic testing. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering. He is also continuing his education by pursuing a MSE in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Grand Valley State University.

Alex is an electrical engineer specializing in 3D electromagnetic simulations. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the IEEE EMC Society and Microwave Theory & Techniques (MTT). Alex is focusing on expanding E3's EMC simulation capabilities.

Mat is an electrical engineer specializing in EMC design and diagnostic testing. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering. He focuses on preventing EMC issues through design reviews and early EMC pre-compliance testing. Mat is also working on expanding his knowledge and understanding of EMC concepts/procedures and diagnostics.
