We value and support the community. Here are some of the groups we support:
City on a Hill
City on a Hill is an organization that provides an affordable, inviting and collaborative space for ministries and nonprofits. It is based in Zeeland, Michigan and we support some of the activities of the ministries that operate in the facility.
The Exodus Place is a non-profit organization focused on the rapid re-housing, rehabilitation and development of former prisoners, homeless men, addicts and anyone facing hardship.
Elves and More
The Elves and More organization assembles a team of volunteers each year in the December time frame to build bicycles from donated funds. The completed bicycles are loaded into trucks and delivered on Christmas day as a surprise to local neighborhood children. We are a financial supporter and help build the bicycles before they get loaded into the trucks.
Boy Scouts is all about leadership and boys developing into mature young men. We support troop 43 based in Holland, MI where we are blessed with high quality adult leadership and a very successful scouting program.
IEEE Region 4 Science Kits for Public Libraries
The Region 4 of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) promotes the development and access of “Science Kits for Public Libraries” (SKPL) to make STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) learning available to children regardless of race, gender, or income. The SKPL project raises money to provide grants to public libraries to purchase science kit collections that can be borrowed by the community just like a book.
